Cllr Tarlochan Singh Jandu represents Bablake Ward. He iss married with two children and first arrived in the UK 50 years ago as a teenager from East Africa. He has always lived in Coventry watching the City grow and evolve over the years. For the last 40 years he has been a resident of Bablake ward. 

He has been engaged in voluntary work for many years at Ramgarhia Sikh Temple Coventry where he was recently elected as Treasurer. This allows him to engage with, and meet, people of all ages from different communities. 

Tarlochan is keen and passionate to serve the local community (all communities). he is multilingual (5 languages) which allows him to speak to people from different communities and backgrounds.
