Councillor Barbara Mosterman was elected May 2021, became Shadow Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care in 2022, a role she held until 2026. She has been the Deputy Chair Political since 2022, devoting much of her time to managing the local and by-elections campaigns with great coordinating skills and motivational style.
