Coventry Conservatives are saddened to learn of the untimely death of Cllr Phil Townshend, the Deputy Leader of Coventry City Council.
Despite political differences, Phil was always a gentleman and a pleasure to work with. He would always try to find common ground and his love and ambition for Coventry was obvious.
He will be very sadly missed.
